We are adding a 2nd tryout date to replace the earlier rained out date. The 2nd tryout date will be on Saturday June 1st. Times for each age group will be updated within the next couple of days. Please check back then for these updates The U12 Girls (Lady Strikers) and the U14 Girls (Twisterz) tryouts will be as currently posted. Please be aware that due to today's heavy rain the fields may be closed due to overly wet conditions. The organizations that are kind enough to let us use their fields ask us to help protect the fields from being damaged. Please check back in the morning for any field condition updates. 05/11/13 Team Flight Game Schedules Your teams Flight Schedule links in your team pages are now activated. 04/23/13 Fall 2013 Tryouts The Warren United Soccer Club will be holding tryouts for the upcoming fall soccer season. Tryouts will be held on May 11th and 18th. Participating ages will be Boys and Girls U08 – U14. Please check back for more details. The club is always looking for Volunteer coaches wishing to run a team. Warren United is holding registrations for a Warren Hills Boys Summer Select team. If you are a Warren Hills High School Soccer Player and wish to Register for this team please Click Here or on the Warren Hills Summer Select button above and fill out the online registration form. The team forming will depend on the interest shown. If you know of any High School Boys Soccer players you think may be interested please let them know about this opportunity. 04/10/2013 Great Opening Weekend The weather was beautiful last weekend, the air was cool and the players did great. The club posted 5 (wins) 3 (Ties) and 1 (loss). One teams scores have yet to be reported as of yet. One game was also to be rescheduled. Keep up the great work. If you took any pictures at your son or daughters game last weekend you can post them in your teams photo section. Contact Greg Jayne to request instructions on how to do this. 04/08/2013 Away Field Directions Pages Updated Now that the game schedules have been updated we were able to update your away game directions pages. Please visit your team pages to pull up your away directions. Some fields were not listed on the MCYSA web site yet. They may be put on at a later date. They have been busy creating the schedules. If a direction is not listed or the link is not active check with your coach to obtain those directions. Once updated on the league site I will activate the link to take you there. 04/01/13 A 2nd Board Change The club is happy to announce that Alex Papanastasion has been appointed the new club secretary. We would like to thank Mark Niemynski for all the secretary work he performed for the club. 01/09/2013 Board Changes The club is announcing that there have been two changes to our board. Ernie Buel has stepped down as Field Scheduler to take the President position. We appreciate the work Ernie did in that position and are looking forward to his leadership and guidance as president . We are also would like to thank and announce that Bill Smith for stepping up to take the vacant Field Scheduler. 12/26/2012 Vice President Warren United would like to announce that Mark Haney has stepped up to take the Vice President position. He will also be our league contact with MCYSA. Thanks Mark for volunteering. We are looking forward to working with you. 08/14/12 Fall 2012 Registration Paperwork (It is the start of a new soccer year. All players participating in the fall will need to fill out and turn in the following documents to there coach.)

part of the player’s names be included on site under the pictures. (If you are
interested in taking pictures and posting them on the site please let me know). Copy
of your Birth Certificate – Small Photo – This will go on the player pass. The photo must be a recent. (Mini Photo's you get in the school picture packet work the best) Club

U11 Girls Energy win the Pocono Cup
click photo to enlarge The U-11 Girls Warren United ENERGY Soccer team won the "2012 Pocono CUP". The Tournament played in the Pocono's has the best teams in NJ and PA. The Energy went undefeated by keeping a clean sheet. They won the final game by a penalty kicks. WU Energy represent the best Girls in there age bracket from Warren County. Congratulations Girls. 07/20/12 Congratulations to our Flight Champs We are proud to announce that 6 of our teams have been either named champions or co-champions of there flight. Three girls teams the Warren United Blue Comets, Blue Waves, Phoenix, and (3) boys teams the Knights, Wildcats and Rowdies all won there flights. Great Job teams. 07/02/12 Marc Pasquini elected Registrar The club is glad to announce that Marc Pasquini has been elected club registrar in our recent club elections. We would like to thank Tom Maffie for the great job he has performed over the years. 07/01/2012 Increase in Registration Fee's All of the clubs expenses have again increased. This has caused the club to increase our registration fees. The new club seasonal registration fee is $125.00 per player. If a teams plays for the full year, the fee will be needed in both the fall and spring season for a total of 250.00. 08/29/2011 It Is Getting Cold Club Supporters Scarf Available for Purchase
A collector of scarves who lives in the DC area recently purchased a scarf from the club for his collection. To view his collection and emails to our scarf rep Ernie Buel please click here.
The club has purchased supporter scarf's to sell as a fundraiser. The cost is only $12.50. The monies from this fundraiser will help the club keep the costs down with running the program. Every year the cost of playing the sport seems to go up. Everything from equipment costs, field usage fees, carding packet fees, referee fees (Starting next fall U11 & U12 will also have a 3 man system), and tournament costs keep soaring up. For the last 15 years the club has only raised registration costs once in the amount of $10. It is getting harder and harder to keep this fee as is. Purchasing one of these scarf's will not only help the club but what a great way to support your son or daughters team. Wear them draped around your neck, twirl them like a towel, or hold them high over your head when they score or make a great play. He will supply you with further details on payment and delivery. 08/15/10 S.A.G.E. Video Well the spring season is about half way over. This is a good time to remind parents about our S.A.G.E. program that we and all teams in the league participate in. A part of this program is a requirement that everyone (Coaches, Parents, and Players) need to view the approved video along with signing the S.A.G.E. form. Not all coaches enforce this. Please click on the S.A.G.E. logo below to view the video. We have not had any incidents that I know of and would like to keep our good track record going. Thanks.
05/03/10 Concussion Articles A Must Read The Star Ledger printed 3 articles on concussions and kids this past week. My daughter is still feeling the effects of post concussion syndrome. I wish I had this information a couple of years back. Please read the articles and take these type of injuries seriously. All articles have been saved in PDF (Acrobat Reader format). Just click on the article link below to view the contents. , Article 2, Article 301/08/10 Advertising Help Needed Coaches and Parents, we are looking for any individual or individuals that would be willing to help us with spreading information about the club. We are looking for someone who can contact local newspapers, have signs and fliers made. We hope to inform the public about the club, our tryouts, and when our home games are. Another thought was maybe weekly club updates sent to the local newspapers. Any idea's would be welcome. If you are willing to help with this area of the club please contact the board using this email address. board@warrenunited.org Your help would be greatly appreciated. 08/13/09 Team Photographers Needed Each team pages has a photo section. Parents who have a digital camera can upload their teams game photos they may have taken at the game to the web. If you are interested in being a team photographer for your team please contact Greg Jayne at greg@warrenunited.org . He will give you instructions on how it is done. 04/10/09 Feedback Form Again as a reminder to all parents and players that we have a feedback form available on the web for your use. The link is located to the left and is labeled Feedback Form. We encourage you to please use this form. The form can be used to send us your comments, suggestions, complaints and requests. A copy of the contents will be emailed out to our board members to view. As board members of the club our only link to your approval of what the club is doing is at our monthly meetings with the coaches. They can not always make the meetings so any concerns that parents may have we may not receive. By using this feedback form we will be able to tell if we are running the club up to your expectations. This information will also be useful to your coach on your approval of his efforts to run your child's team. The submission can be done anonymously since the email is sent our by the web server and not you directly. If we hit reply it will only be sent back to the server. If you would like or require a response to the content then please put your email address or phone # in the box following that request. Remember this is not required.
